1: PRIOR TO ANY DEALER VISIT, YOU MUST ABSOLUTELY REFLASH BACK TO STOCK YOUR VEHICULE, NO MATTER WHAT, JUST CONNECT THE TOOL TO YOUR CAR/TRUCK AND TUNE IT WITH THE ORIGINAL FILE, THIS WILL PUT BACK TO STOCK YOUR VEHICULE, FAILING TO DO THIS WILL BRICK/LOCK THE POWERGATE TOOL ON THE OLD ECM SOFTWARE AND THERE IS NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO UNLOCK THE TOOL, YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A NEW TOOL.
2: AFTER THE DEALER VISIT, YOU NEED TO ''ERASE DATA'' ON THE POWERGATE TOOL AND THEN GO TO YOUR VEHICULE TO TAKE A NEW READ, THEN CREATE YOUR TUNE ON THE MRTuning.ca WEBSITE OR SEND IT TO US AT: MR-Tuning@outlook.com WE WILL DO YOU A NEW TUNE, IT'S FREE OF CHARGE.

2: GO TO YOUR PC/LAPTOP, OPEN THE SOFTWARE, CONNECT THE TOOL, THEN YOU NEED TO ''ERASE DATA'' ON THE POWERGATE TOOL AND THEN GO TO YOUR NEW VEHICULE TO TAKE A NEW READ, THEN CREATE YOUR TUNE ON THE MRTuning.ca WEBSITE OR SEND IT TO US AT: MR-Tuning@outlook.com WE WILL DO YOU A NEW TUNE, IT'S FREE OF CHARGE IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF BOTH VEHICULE.
1: If you run out of credit trying to erase the Powergate tuner tool, take note of the serial number of your tool, you can find it in the upper right corner of the screen when the software is open on your PC or laptop and the tool connected to it.
2: Write to Alientech to ask for more credit, adding credit is free of charge, you will not get any reply from Alientech, but your credit will be added in the next 24 hours (business hour).
1: Go to your car/truck connect the tool and then tune it with the original file, it's the firt option at the top of the list of tune, but if your car/truck is not tuned yet, go to step 2.
2: Connect the tool to your PC/Laptop and hit erase data.
3: Update the template with the provided one, or go to the MRTuning.CA website and download the appropriate one.
4: Go to your car/truck and take a new read, the car/truck model does not matter, what matter is the ECM number, refer to your original instruction to find the appropriate ECM, and once you take a read, please do not attempt to take another read as the tool will keep erroring and will need to be reset.
5: Save the new read on your PC/Laptop and send the file to us at Mr-tuning@outlook.com with the instruction on what to do and we will make you a new tune with the transmission added.
